Everyone says youth or student life have no stress but this is not true anymore. Today in this competitive world, students also have stress regarding homework, career, competitive exams, etc. Sitting at a desk for hours a day, going back home and pouring over books to finish the daily homework assignments, studying and acing numerous tests, participating in various extra-curricular activities, etc. all cause the body and mind to tense up.
To add to these, there are social and family challenges, anxiety, bullying and emotional that also take their toll on children.
To address this issue, we hired a dedicated yoga teacher cum trainer for our students. Regular yoga classes conducted for our students. Morning assembly is full of such activities like stretching, athletic activities, Surya Namaskaar, Yoga poses etc. Apart from all these, we scheduled some yoga activities like meditation, happiness classes, yoga and gym for our students. We have 2 separate gymnasium for boys and girls in the campus. Some common benefits of Yoga
